Our Trustees
The Federation of British Artists is governed by a Board of Trustees. There are nine trustees that represent the nine member art societies of the FBA and up to five independent trustees that each bring a particular area of expertise, plus an independent Chair.

Jane Ellison | Chair of Trustees
Jane is Chair of the Trustees. A former BBC Executive, she is now an advisor to arts, heritage and higher education organisations.

Professor Dana Arnold
Independent Trustee
Dana is Professor of Architecture at Manchester School of Architecture. She has published extensively on Art and Architectural History and her work has been translated into over 25 languages.

Jon Coppin
Independent Trustee
Jon was a leading commercial lawyer in the City of London. He is active in a number of charities and organisations supporting the Arts and the Environment.

David Glazebrook
Independent Trustee
David is a management consultant and project rescue specialist, with experience as trustee and treasurer of several charities.

Martin Howarth HH
Martin is a former policy lead for education and children's social care in central and local government. His artwork explores a range of themes and utilises a variety of media.

Rosie Martyr
Co-opted Independent Trustee
Rosie is an Exhibition Registrar and museum professional, with experience in auction houses, arts charities, and public institutions. She has worked on a number of large-scale exhibitions and touring shows across the UK and internationally.

Monica Won
Independent Trustee
Monica works in the hedge fund industry as a business development and fundraising executive. She is a passionate supporter of philanthropic efforts within the arts and culture sector and is a former violinist.
