Tickets for visitors with disabilities We are pleased to offer a concessionary entrance fee to visitors with disabilities and they may bring a companion free of charge.

Getting around the galleries The galleries are fully accessible from street level via the Accessible Lift and ramps inside the gallery. 

Blue Badge Parking There is no parking on The Mall, but it is possible to drop of passengers in the pull-in at the bottom of the Duke of York steps for access via footpath (approx. 70m) to Mall Galleries.

Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome throughout Mall Galleries.

Borrow a wheelchair There is seating available and a standard-sized manual wheelchair is available to borrow on the day of your visit, subject to availability.

Accessible toilets Accessible, wide cubicle toilets are available in both the Ladies and Gents toilets.

Baby change facilities are available in the Ladies' toilets.

Cloakrooms Please note that there are no cloakroom or luggage storage facilities at Mall Galleries.
