Statement
The source of my artistic influences stems from the diverse and substantial cultural history of European visual arts, coupled with the distinctive, wide-ranging, historical roots of Cypriot creative traditions, which inspire me to form inimitable and solicitous works.
Bio
Hun Adamoğlu was born in Cyprus in 1975. His family moved to London UK in 1980 where the artist grew up. He attended Solent University from 1995-1998. Throughout his early career, Adamoğlu worked as a foundry technician, textile designer and illustrator before setting up his studio Adamoğlu Atelier in London. In 2009-2012 he travelled internationally to study historical and modern arts in Italy, Switzerland and the USA. The artist’s portfolio includes over a hundred creative works, and his illustrations feature in international publications.
