Statement
The meticulous approach to my work is not mere representation, but a process of drawing potent information from the objects depicted through a sensitive and atmospheric use of the medium.
There is, however, no intended symbolism in the paintings, any possible meanings are entirely open to individual interpretation.
Bio
Initially studied at Dyfed College of Art, then gained a BA (Hons) degree from Newport School of Art, followed by an MA from The University of Reading and a PGCE from The University of Wales.
He has acted as a visiting lecturer and part-time tutor in art since 1991
