The Charlie Waller Trust is a UK-wide mental health charity with a focus on children and young people. We are delighted to welcome you to their inaugural exhibition, bringing together the work of over 100 new and established artists.
The 300 professional exhibits, comprising paintings, sculptures and pottery, will all be available to purchase. The artists are demonstrating their commitment to young people’s mental health by generously donating 50% of proceeds to the Charlie Waller Trust.
This will be invaluable in helping the charity continue their work: it will enable them to provide expert mental health training and resources to more parents, carers and teachers, giving them the skills and confidence to support young people.
The exhibition will run from 18 - 22 March. It will be open from 10am to 5pm each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with ticketed events on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. There will also be workshops taking place throughout the week – more information to follow.
There is promising evidence that viewing artwork can reduce stress. The Trust warmly invites you to attend their exhibition and take the opportunity to boost your own wellbeing as well as supporting young people’s mental health.
"Supporting our exhibition will help us reach more young people through our life-changing mental health training and resources."
