Art After Hours: Life Drawing Session
Wednesday 16 April, 6pm to 8:30pm
Draw, paint or sculpt alongside fellow artists after hours from a choice of three models.
This life drawing session offers the opportunity to experience Mall Galleries after hours and to showcase your artistic skills.
Tickets are priced £10, which includes a complimentary drink and a prize for the artist that produces the best work on the night.
On display will be the gallery's exhibition of award-winning artists, Beyond the Prize, guest curated by art critic Tabish Khan.
What to Expect
6pm: Artists arrive and commence creating work from a choice of three models
7pm: A short refreshment break including a complimentary drink
7:30pm: Artists return to their work
8:30pm: Judging commences, after which the winner will be declared
Participants should bring their own sketchbooks/paper and art materials. Easels and boards will be provided on a 'first come, first served' basis, therefore artists are encouraged to bring small, portable easels if possible.
