Virtual Session: “Impression | How to Make The Right Impression as an Artist” with Miguel L. Mayher

Tuesday 22 April, 12:00pm (GMT), Online

Tickets £5

In this session, the Founder & Director of Education of the Professional Artist Association will cover the key areas you need to address in today's art market to be taken as seriously as you take your own art - "because you don't get a second chance to give a first impression".

Key Topics Include:

• Making the Right Impression: Learn how to craft a compelling artist website, master email etiquette, and navigate social media to establish credibility and connect with your audience

• The Essentials of Online Presence: Discover why a professional website is your 24/7 art agent and how a curated Instagram feed can attract galleries, collectors, and collaborators

• Building Relationships Through Email: Understand how to nurture personal connections at scale, creating an engaged and loyal audience for your work

• Breaking Common Misconceptions: Challenge outdated beliefs about the art world, such as the necessity of constant socialising or holding an MFA, and focus on what truly matters
